Propolis is a resinous substance made by bees which contains plant resins (rich in flavonoids & polyphenols), beeswax, trace pollen, and essential oils.

Immune Support. Antimicrobial and antiviral properties, helping the body respond to colds or sore throats, and reducing the duration of mild upper respiratory symptoms. Often taken at the first signs of a cold, propolis supports oral immune defense.

Soothes irritated throat tissue and may reduce oral bacteria. Often used in mouth ulcers, gingivitis, or minor gum inflammation. With its antimicrobial effects, some people use it instead of conventional antiseptic rinses.

Use: 30% is fairly concentrated. Typical dosing is: 5–20 drops in water. 1–3 times per day.

Contraindications: This is a bee product. Use caution if you have an allergy to bees, pollen, or honey. Possible reactions: mouth irritation, rash, stomach upset, allergic reaction. Start with a small dose first to test tolerance.
